Also, these solutions are automatically integrated with the government portal "Sistem E-faktura" for companies in the Republic of Serbia.

Law and electronic invoice
Our software solutions are aligned with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia. We especially emphasize compliance with the Law on Electronic Invoicing and integration with the government portal for the exchange of electronic invoices (Sistem E-faktura – SEF).
An electronic invoice is a digital document, legally identical to the paper invoice that has two forms an external PDF and an internal XML form. An electronic invoice, often referred to as an e-invoice, is a digital version of a traditional paper invoice used to document and claim payments for services or products sold. Instead of printing and sending paper invoices, electronic invoices are created, delivered and received through electronic systems and communications.
In addition to the Law on Electronic Invoicing ("Sl. Glasnik RS", no. 44/2021, no. 129/2021), electronic invoicing is also related to the Law on Accounting ("Sl. Glasnik RS", No. 73/2019) and the Law on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Trust Services in Electronic Business ("Sl. Glasnik RS", No. 94/2017).
Implementation and integration
To work with our software solutions it is necessary that the user has a computer (or other mobile device) with internet access and a web browser.
Unifiedpost software solutions are offered under the software as a service (SaaS) model and are hosted in the cloud and accessed by the user via a web browser. Upon special request, there is an on-premise setting for individual software solutions from the portfolio.
Our software solutions are connected to the government portal (SEF). To connect with other business software users, API services (Rest API) are created, which are available to users and their integrators. It is possible to connect/integrate one or more solutions using these services. The Unifiedpost team supports your internal or external integration team to fully understand and take advantage of the capabilities of available services.
